Returns, Exchanges and Guarantees

C&K Motorcycle Accessories and Apparel wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and that is why we offer this simple 15 Day Product Exchange / Money Back Guarantee. If your purchase contains Manufacturer defects, you may return it within 15 days from the date your order was received. Before returning an item, please follow the return instructions below and include a copy of the invoice that was shipped along with the products you are returning. Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange products that have been used and/or display visible signs of use.

When we have received your returned products, we will issue a credit to your credit card equaling the cost of the item. Original shipping charges and shipping costs for returns and exchanges are non-refundable. We are unable to accept C.O.D. returns. In the event that C&K Motorcycle Accessories and Apparel ships an incorrect item, however, please email us and we will send you a prepaid shipping label at no charge.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days from the time that we receive your returned product for the credit to be issued to your credit card. Your Credit Card Company may take as long as 10 days to have the credit appear on your statement.  Exchanges are shipped within 2 to 7 business days from the day the return is received.
